Ravers Property provides a first class property management service, which will guarantee you peace of mind while your property is either empty or being rented out. Our policy is designed to ensure that when you return to Turkey your property is as you wish to find it.
You can either choose our 12-month management package or six-month winter package. The service includes regular security checks by our maintenance staff, which includes electricians, plumbers and builders. Your property will be aired and lightly cleaned in your absence and all bills will be paid. When you let us know you are returning to Turkey your property will be fully cleaned for you.

Furnishing
Once you have purchased your property, if you need help in furnishing and fitting out your new home, Ravers Property can advise and assist you. We have extensive local knowledge and expertise and can take you to the appropriate shops and stores.
Rental
Should you decide you want to rent out your property through us, we will advertise it free of charge on the Internet and manage all reservations at an extremely competitive price. We can also provide cleaning and laundry service for you and your clients.
Insurance
It is extremely important that once you have your title deeds, you arrange for buildings and contents insurance. Ravers Property can arrange this for you through an independent and reputable insurance company.
Residency Visa
Should you decide to come and live in Turkey, you will require a residency permit. This is obtained via the police in Aydin. We can assist you with all the necessary documents, processes and paying for the visa.
Airport Transfers
Ravers Property runs an air-conditioned airport express service to collect and return you and your clients from any airport.
